The original scope of this project was to transform the existing house into a modern transitional home to better reflect the client’s personal taste. After extensive renovations designed in association with Michael Davis Design + Construction, the home now boasts six bathrooms, an updated kitchen, a year round sun-room, a new pool and pool house, and much more, leaving them with a stunning Hamptons summer retreat right on Peconic Bay. A full feature of this project ran in Hamptons Real Estate Showcase in August, 2020.
